Terms of Service

1. The service

Serqo provides an HTTP API that returns search result data from supported engines. Availability is subject to the plan and rate limits shown in your console.

2. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. Keys are shown once at creation and can be rotated or revoked at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt or circumvent the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Billing

Plans and included credits are described on the pricing page. Successful searches consume credits; failures and timeouts are not charged, as described in the documentation.

5. Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the console or email.
